As no heat is generated during cold pressing, slow juicing is considered to be particularly gentle. The filling hopper with double-chamber system ensures optimum distribution of fruit and vegetables. Hard material is pressed into the left chamber and soft material into the right chamber. It is important not to overfill the chambers!
